The University desired a refresh of their existing east and west residential towers for upperclassmen. The new interior design concept was to mirror the adjacent upscale apartments, which included lobbies, study rooms, lounge areas, café dining, exercise facilities, conference facilities, an onsite management office and apartments for visiting professors.
